Clear Water Pool Services (CWPS), is a boutique, family owned and run pool care company based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand,

A local, multi-generational family business, established in 1998, it is owned and operated by Caleb & Gabrial Heath. We specialise in luxury pool care, sparkling water and top-tier communication.

Founder Ian Clayton worked several years managing Hawke’s Bay Council pools, then moved into the creation of CWPS which he ran with his wife - Kay, all while owning the operational side of Ocean Spa in Napier before they passed the family business onto Caleb & Gabrial.

Caleb, born & raised in Hawke’s Bay, is a heavy diesel mechanic by trade. He trained in the RNZAF for six years before leaving to run a civilian workshop. A change of scenery was needed and he took over CWPS in 2016. With a keen eye for fault diagnosis & a knack with repair he is our extremely experienced Director & Service Technician

Gabrial was raised in Hawke’s Bay. The daughter of founders Ian & Kay, she has been around pool care further back in her memories than she’d care to admit. She joined Caleb in 2019 after having children and is passionate about personalised care for our clients. She loves a beautiful sparkling pool, a clear Hawke’s Bay day and the satisfaction of a job well done. She is our
Co-Director & Pool & Spa Valet Manager.
